Located in Pondok Ranji Tangerang, Qonaa House is a mini-cluster housing with four modern design houses. Each house occupies a 150 m2 land area, and features a two-storey design with an open-space layout. The open-space concept allows us to optimize the functionality and aesthetics of each house, while creating a spacious and airy feeling inside.

The first floor is dedicated to the public area, with a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and service area along with the courtyard. The second floor is reserved for the private area, with one master bedroom and three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and closet, and is designed to provide comfort and privacy.

To enhance the natural lighting inside the house, we added a skylight and a void on the second floor, creating a bright and warm atmosphere. The exterior of the house is modern and elegant, with a combination of wood, stone, and glass materials. The house also has a small garden and a garage for one car.
