LKHS combines the main features of a traditional tropical dwelling with modern concept.

Generous ceiling height, plenty of openings for air circulation and central airflow stack; all in order to dissipate heat quickly and efficiently without the need of air conditioning.

The house also makes full use of its verticality to bring in plenty of sunlight and skyview; without exposing too much of the interior to direct sunlight.

The project commenced in 2021 and was completed in 33 weeks.
